우리는 이 세대를 행복하게 살아가고 있는가?

이리저리 치이는 바쁜 삶에 체력적으로 정신적으로 쉼이 필요한 상태가 아닌가? ‘Intermission’이라는 단어처럼 1막과 2막 사이에 쉼이 있듯이 행복하고 윤택한 삶을 위해서는 사람들과 함께 삶을 살아감에 있어 잠시 쉬는 시간이 필요하다.

우리는 이러한 쉼을 느낄 수 있는 공간을 만들고자 했다. 몰입 경험을 극대화 시키는 공연과 공간적 요소들을 배치해 관객들에게 마치 공연 속 비현실적인 공간에 내가 들어와 있는 경험을 주고자 한다. 이를 통해 이들은 밖에서 드러내지 못했던 또 다른 나의 페르소나를 꺼내게 된다. 이는 사람들 눈에 비치는 밖에서의 나 자신을 잠시 쉬게 해 주고 내면에 있는 내가 깨어날 수 있는 시간으로 이어진다.

‘Intermission’은 이렇게 내면의 감정을 다루는 여러 공연을 다루는 공간이다. 특히 이번에는 행복에 관한 공연을 진행하면서 관객들로 하여금 특색있고 의미있는 시간을 보낼 수 있게 해준다.

Are we living this generation happily?
Don’t we need to rest physically and mentally in our busy life? Just as there is an intermission between two Acts, a short break is needed in order to cherish the happy and prosperous life.

We wanted to create a space where we could feel relaxed. By placing performances and spatial elements that maximize the immersion experience, We want to give the audience an experience as if they are in an unrealistic space in the performance. Through this, we can bring out another persona of the audience that couldn’t be revealed to the outside world.
This allows outside characters that were visible to others to take a break while giving the time to wake the inner persona.

<Intermission> is a space that deals with a variety of performances managing inner emotions. Specially, our newest theme is about happiness which allows the audience to enjoy unique meaningful time.
